I love Microsoft Teams! At BEMO we use MS Teams as the hub for everything we do. I cannot imagine collaborating with a global team (operating remotely, mind you) any other way. We've all seen a workplace that's disorganized and the lack of follow-through that can come from it. Missed deadlines, projects forgotten. Not anymore! For those of you not familiar with Microsoft Teams (aka MS Teams), it is a central location to collaborate with other team members in Office 365. MS Teams makes it easy to store files and meet and connect with others from a common shared (and secure!) workspace. It's like Facebook for work! While I am a huge fan of many parts of Teams, my favorite to date is still the drastic reduction in emails I receive, send, and respond to daily. Goodbye, cluttered inbox! In this blog, we will discuss how to live your company's best life in Teams by setting up your own rules and policies.

In this part 3, we will provide you with the step-by-step instructions you need to program your phone system with Microsoft voice.

Right now, more than ever, connectivity is key. Every day we email, chat and text to ensure our businesses are running smoothly as we transition from the office to home (back to the office, back home...). Yet, when you can't quite figure something out through the email, chat and text what do you do? You get on a call. Phone carriers, however, can be difficult to deal with. So, Microsoft simplified voice-over-IP (VoIP) telephony by bundling several features and licenses into Microsoft 365 Business Voice, making it easier and more economical to deploy a cloud voice solution than ever before. In this blog, I will walk you through switching to Business Voice and setting up your new phone system.

Three months ago, I transitioned from my job as a Cloud Technical Expert at Microsoft, into a role as a Cloud Solutions Specialist with BEMO. So, in this blog, I’ll compare the various aspects of working for a giant corporation versus working for a much smaller company, so that anyone (maybe you?) who is looking to make the same type of change has a better idea of what to expect.
