BeMo Project Online and BeMo website Scheduled Maintenance March 26, 2013: 1AM-5AM PDT

BeMo will be performing upgrades on its infrastructure and will be enhancing your user control panel with new features. These upgrades will be applied during the following maintenance scheduled on: March 26, 2013 between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM PDT (UTC-7).

Impact:

During this period BeMo Project Online 2010 (pwa.bemopro.com) , BeMo Project Online 2013 (pwa13.bemopro.com ) and BeMo website (www.bemopro.com) including access to our Control Panel will be interrupted multiple times for short periods.

Maintenance will include:

  • Upgrade to BeMo Control panel including Reset for BeMo Content Pack and Delegation of account administration
  • Bug fixes for add-on management tool
  • Improved usability for BeMo Content Pack new subscribers
  • Maintenance on servers

Note to existing dedicated server customers: Access to your Project Server instance will not be impacted by this maintenance.

We can appreciate that the maintenance may not be convenient for everyone, but it is being performed in the interest of continuing to provide you with the best possible experience.

BeMo will be completing system updates to its backup and disaster recovery backend which will require few system reboots. These upgrades will be applied during the following maintenance scheduled on: March 14, 2013 between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM PDT (UTC-7).

Impact:

During this period BeMo Project Online 2010 (pwa.bemopro.com) , BeMo Project Online 2013 (pwa13.bemopro.com ) and BeMo website (www.bemopro.com) including access to our Control Panel will be interrupted multiple times for short periods.

Note to existing dedicated server customers: Access to your Project Server instance will not be impacted by this maintenance.

BeMo February 2013 – Network Uptime SLA Status

As reported by our 3rd party SLA monitor (www.uptrends.com), BeMo Project Online exceeded its Uptime SLA for February 2013 – 100%

For 2013, the BeMo official year-to-date BeMo Project Online 2013 and 2010 uptime is 100%

  • February 2013: 100%
  • January 2013: 100%

BeMo had a very good 2012 year concerning our BeMo Project Online 2013 and 2010  uptime SLA – an average of 99.98% over 12 months! (and 99.96% in 2011). We are very confident that we can compete very well against any BeMo competitors but also beat, hands down, most of any ‘In-House IT department’ managing their internal Project Server 2007, 2010, and 2013 as well as SharePoint 2013 and 2010 solutions.
